Boxing – referred to as “The Sweet Science”, Boxing is a martial art involving strength, reflexive movement and endurance by using gloved hands to interact with an opponent. Training regimens include many staples of combat sport conditioning such as running, shadowboxing, rope jumping, body weight resistance exercises, medicine ball exercises and abdominal exercises. Boxing is not only a combat sport but a great way for you or your kids to learn confidence and self defense.

Guru Victor Rivera began his Martial Art training at an early age. He trained in Western Boxing, Judo and later became an instructor in Kung Fu WU-SU system under Grandmaster Alan Lee. He became an instructor of Jun Fan Kickboxing under Guru Ed Pagan. Guru Victor continues as a student of Filipino Martial Arts and train with number of different instructors. He holds an instructor/Guro certificate under Gat Puno Garimot Baet, under the Garimot System of Arnis. Guro Victor is also a student of BJJ under Mauricio Villardo.
